Requirements

What We Look For

Arabic & English Fluency

Professional working fluency in both languages, spoken and written. Interviews are conducted in both.

Travel Availability

Willingness to travel regularly, including to Lebanon, sometimes at short notice.

EU Visa or Residency

A valid EU visa or residency permit that allows you to work as an independent contractor.

Field Track Record

Demonstrable experience working outside an office — client sites, logistics, inspections, or field operations.

Contractor Availability

Comfortable engaging on a per-project, freelance basis rather than salaried employment.

Cross-Cultural Agility

Sound judgement across European and Middle Eastern business cultures, with absolute discretion.
