Venture Capital Consulting ("Vc-consulting", "we", "us", or "our") is the controller of your personal data when you apply for contractor, project-based, or employment roles through our recruitment advertisements.

- LinkedIn profile information you provide in text form

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data such as health records, political opinions, or religious beliefs unless strictly required by applicable law.

4.1. Consent by submitting the form
The application form no longer requires a separate privacy checkbox. By clicking the "Submit Application" button, you explicitly agree to the processing of your personal data described in this policy and the associated Cookie Policy. The time and date of your submission are recorded as proof of consent.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. Access is limited to the recruitment and operational team members at Venture Capital Consulting who need to evaluate your application. We may also share data with:
- Trusted service providers (e.g., email and file storage)
- Legal or professional advisers, where required
- Government or regulatory bodies, when required by applicable law
Any third party we engage is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with this policy.
6. How long we keep your data
If you are not selected for a specific role, we will keep your data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. This allows us to contact you about future opportunities. If you are hired, your data will be retained in accordance with employment and tax law.

With your consent we also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, ID 2005097326841973, to measure the performance of our recruitment campaigns and understand which adverts lead to applications. This involves Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. as a joint controller for the pixel data, and may include transfers outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. No advertising or analytics cookies are set before you accept.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining does not limit your ability to use the site or apply for a role. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Where we rely on your consent — for non-essential cookies and for processing your application data — you may withdraw it at any time by emailing contact@vc-consulting.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
