Marcos Hartwell is the Founder and Managing Partner of Venture Capital Consulting. With 17 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, and family office advisory, Marcos has facilitated over $850M in transactions across real estate, private credit, and operating businesses.
At 37, he stepped away from institutional finance to launch Venture Capital Consulting — now in its fifth year of operation. Based in Spain and fluent in Portuguese, Marcos brings cross-border cultural and financial literacy to markets where relationships are built over dinners, not decks.
His network spans three continents, with particular depth in the United States, Latin America, and Southern Europe.
